• We think it says: "Between the front and middle 'bogies' you will find two switches. The 'M' switch turns off the engine so that only the lights are operational. Please adjust voltage to only 8 volts. The 'O' switch is for 'on-line' (overhead via pantograph?) operation. The switch is factory set to run on rails. It runs on 12 volts DC. We recommend for the model a minimum radius of 40cm (about 16")."
  

SOME INFO ON THE RhB:

• The Rhaetian Railway is a Swiss transport company that owns the largest network of all private railway operators in Switzerland. The network is located almost entirely within Graubünden.
• It serves a number of major tourist destinations, such as St. Moritz and Davos.
  
• All RhB lines are 3'-3-3/8" gauge wide and electrified.
  
• The network currently contains 84 tunnels and 383 bridges.
• On August 13, 2014, a passenger train was struck by a landslide and derailed at Tiefencastel, Graubünden. Eleven people were injured.
• In 1997, the RhB was used as a prototype for the Nord Express in the 20th Century Fox animated film "Anastasia." Several landmarks were also included.

SOME INFO FROM THE INCLUDED SHEET:

• When large-scale power plant and road construction began in the late fifties, enormous quantities of cement were needed. Appropriate locos were required for the transport of RhB's heavy loads. The RhB procured for this purpose new electric locomotives, like this one, the Ge6/6.
• The first two locos, dubbed "Raetia" and "Curia," were put into service in 1958. The following series with numbers 703-707 was delivered to RhB in 1965.
  
• The SLM, MFO, and BBC companies built this six-axle locomotive with a two-part, horizontally movable loco body using already existing components of the Ge4/4/ series. The six-axle loco, which is spread out over three "bogies," has an output of 1764 kW with a top speed of 80km/h (about 50 mph).
• With a weight of 65 tons, the Ge6/6 II is a heavy loco.
• The numbers 701 - 702 were originally provided with end structures, but were welded in 1968 and 1969, respectively. A little bit earlier, the machine windows were replaced by multiple dowels.
• The following series of the numbers 703 - 707 differs mainly in the anterior section, as well as the grate at the side windows.
• The Ge6/6 II are now mainly used for fast and heavy advances.
