Shipping Schedules 

Our office is open Monday - Thursday, 9AM - 4PM. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours after an order is paid for in full. While we do our best to ship quickly, orders placed after 9AM ET are normally not shipped out until the next business day. Some items may require special packing arrangements and take longer. Orders placed and / or paid off on Thursdays may not ship out until the following Monday. HOLIDAYS MAY AFFECT WHEN A MODEL IS ABLE TO BE SHIPPED.

Combining Orders

If you'd like to hold items for combined shipping, please leave a note on your order at checkout indicating such. If no note requesting combining is left, our shipping department will assume that the order is OK to be shipped and will send it out. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that combined shipping will be possible under all circumstances. Any fully paid order on hold more than 30 days cannot be combined for discounted shipping.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping prices are subject to change, especially when and if, (1) items are being shipped outside of the U.S., (2) items are unusually large, and / or, (3) items are combined with multiple other items for shipment. The price for shipping that you see at checkout is our best estimate. The actual cost may need to be adjusted depending on the circumstances. We do our very best to balance protecting the models, which is our highest priority, while also providing shipping rates that are as reasonable as possible.

Paid Orders on Hold

STORAGE LIABILITY

Any items purchased from BRASSTRAINS.COM and held at our facility per a customer's request for more than 30 days, can be considered abandoned. We cannot be held liable for abandoned or stolen items left on our premises for more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Hold/Storage Fee: Please note that beginning 1/1/2023 models that are not shipped out within 30 days of final payment are subject to a $5.00 monthly storage fee for each model.  

Signature Requirement

For your protection, we highly recommend placing a signature requirement on all parcels. All of our parcels are fully insured, but parcels without a signature requirement are not protected against theft / loss. A signature requirement will be mandatory for any order(s) placed via telephone. The only method for authorizing the 'No Signature Required' option is by checking out online, via the website, and selecting 'No Signature Required.' This will require authorization of the waiver of our responsibility for packages that do not require a signature, as, per insurance requirements, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages without a signature requirement on them.
