Shipping Policy (2020)

We provide a range of shipping services through UPS (preferred) and USPS, both domestic and international.

Domestic (US)

UPS Ground (Signature Required for Delivery)
UPS 3 Day Select (Signature Required for Delivery)
UPS 2nd Day Air (Signature Required for Delivery)
USPS Priority Mail (Usually 1-3 Days) (Signature Required for Delivery)
USPS                 Priority Mail Express (Usually Overnight - 2 Days) (Signature Required for Delivery)


UPS Worldwide Saver (1-3 Business Days)
UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 Business Days)
UPS 2nd Day Air
USPS Express Mail International (3-5 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days)

International Invoices - (PLEASE NOTE) The Actual Invoice Purchase Price will be declared on all International Customs Forms.

Shipping Schedules 

Our office is open Monday - Thursday, 9AM - 4PM. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours after an order is paid for in full. Some items may require special packing arrangements and take longer. Orders placed and / or paid off on Thursdays may not ship out until the following Monday.

Paid Orders on Hold


Any items purchased from BRASSTRAINS.COM and held at our facility per a customer's request for more than 30 days, can be considered abandoned. We cannot be held liable for abandoned or stolen items left on our premises for more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Signature Requirement

For your protection, we highly recommend placing a signature requirement on all parcels. All of our parcels are fully insured, but parcels without a signature requirement are not protected against theft / loss. A signature requirement will be mandatory for any order(s) placed via telephone. The only method for authorizing the 'No Signature Required' option is by checking out online, via the website, and selecting 'No Signature Required.' This will require authorization of the waiver of our responsibility for packages that do not require a signature, as, per insurance requirements, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages without a signature requirement on them.
