HO Scale Brass Model Steam Locomotive from Key Model Imports

This model is in "Very Good" condition.
One tender step has broken off and is missing.
We track-tested it and it runs well. It makes a minor amount of noise. On a scale of one to ten, we'd rate the running noise at 4, with 1 being very quiet and 10 being loud.
It has nice backhead detail.
There are no operating lights.
The tool and parts bag are included.
It's unpainted, with a minor amount of tarnish showing. Please be sure to take a look at the pictures.
The original box and foam are included and in good shape. The box shows a typical amount of wear.
