HO Scale Brass Model Steam Locomotive from Balboa Scale Models

This model has been used before and is being sold as it is. Please be sure to check out the pictures before purchasing.
The paint and weathering are not very good in our opinion.. Please take a look at the photos to see what you think.
Has a can motor that has been glued in place.
No operating lights.
Feels like weight has been added to the loco. It sounds like a couple of BBs are loose.
No backhead detail.
Track-tested and runs well. On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is quiet, we'd rate the running noise level at 6.
The foam has been replaced with bubble wrap.
