This is a nice handbult piece having mostly machined one-off components. This loco was featured in Model Railroader Magazine as the "Model of The Month" in the December of 1992 issue. A copy of the article has been included.
- We're giving this one a grade of "Excellent." Very little wheel wear.
- This model does not have a motor or gearbox. The drivers free spin.
- The model was custom brush painted using Floquil paint. Nice weathering. Please be sure to take a look at the photos to see what you think.
- Very good super detailing added all around the locomotive. The tender is an unknown reworked brass import.
- There is no lighting on this model
- There is nice in-cab detail along with figures.
- No window glazing on this model.
- No original box was with this model. A suitable box will be provided.
