The Pawn Shop is the fifth in the Kelley's Landing Series of kits and represents a typical small town or down and out part of a larger town. The building when built was quite nice with it's corbel trim at the top of the front wall. But the building has fallen into disrepair over the last 20 or so years and is in need of a good paint job among other things. But, here in the rougher section of Fall Creek, it fits right in. The services offered in the building, besides pawns, are money lending, pay day loans and even Wester Union service to send money back to Ma to pay the bilss while Joe is out working. The Pawn Shop also includes a three car garage out back..
NOTE: People, vehicles, trees and track, plus water and general diorama construction materials shown in pictures are not included in this kit. Pictures show are of the prototype model and production models might vary slightly from the prototype.
