SOME INFO ON THE RhB:

• The Rhaetian Railway is a Swiss transport company that owns the largest network of all private railway operators in Switzerland. The network is located almost entirely within Graubünden.
• It serves a number of major tourist destinations, such as St. Moritz and Davos.
  
• All RhB lines are 3'-3-3/8" gauge wide and electrified.
  
• The network currently contains 84 tunnels and 383 bridges.
• On August 13, 2014, a passenger train was struck by a landslide and derailed at Tiefencastel, Graubünden. Eleven people were injured.
• In 1997, the RhB was used as a prototype for the Nord Express in the 20th Century Fox animated film "Anastasia." Several landmarks were also included.

SOME INFO ON THE PROTOTYPE:

• The Rhaetian Railway Ge 6/6I s a class of meter gauge C'C' electric locomotive operated by the Rhb in Switzerland. The class is so named because it was the first class of locomotives of the Swiss loco and railcar classification type Ge 6/6 to be acquired by the Rhb. According to that system, Ge 6/6 denotes a narrow gauge electric adhesion locomotive with a total of 6 axles, all of which are powered.
• Due to their shape, these locos have been collectively nicknamed the 'Rhaetian Crocodile' by rail fans. As with its standard-gauge counterpart, the Ge 6/6 is articulated, with a gear-driven Jackshaft between the two end axles of each unit, connected to the drive wheels by side rods.
