HO Scale Brass Model Train from Alco Models

Southern Pacific 2-8-0 Class C-15 Steam Locomotive & Tender

This item is being marked as "Excellent" in condition.
Model is custom painted and decal lettered, paint is pretty good but not pro.
We track-tested it and it ran well. It makes a moderate amount of noise, which is normal for these. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being quiet and 10 loud, we'd rate the running noise level at 5. It is slightly erratic.
There aren't any operating lights.
One of the handrails on the tender is loose
