HO Precision Scale Co, PSC #16616-1 Chesapeake & Ohio K-4 2-8-4 #2759.

Model has a can motor, operating directional lights, and excellent detail including full in-cab detail.
The model runs, but it is erratic, it does not seem to have good electrical pick-up, and occasionally it will bind in reverse.
The model has a coal load installed, not a great looking load (I believe factory installed).
There are a few shiny spots on the model. It appears to have had some light use.
